Welcome to zboot VPN services ("Service"). By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the Service.
By accessing or using our VPN services, you agree to be bound by these terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines or future modifications that may be made. If you do not agree, you must not use our Service.
To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your country. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to enter into this agreement and to comply with its terms. You should be aware that there are certain things that zboot will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of the app will require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi, or provided by your mobile network provider, but zboot cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you do not have access to Wi-Fi, and you do not have any of your data allowance left.
Our VPN service provides you with secure, encrypted internet access. However, while we strive to ensure security and privacy, we cannot guarantee 100% protection or anonymity. zboot is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you are paying for.
You agree not to use the Service for any illegal, unlawful, or malicious purposes, including but not limited to:
We strive to protect your privacy and keep no logs of your online activities. However, we may collect and store certain technical data, such as bandwidth usage, server load, and other non-identifying information to improve the service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password. You are also responsible for any activity that occurs under your account. The z vpn app stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us, in order to provide you with VPN Service. It is your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features and it could mean that the z vpn app will not work properly or at all.
Our Service may require a subscription fee. You agree to pay any applicable fees as described on our website or other communication channels. All payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for any breach of these ToS or if we believe you are engaging in unlawful activity.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, zboot and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of privacy, or interruption of service.
The Service is provided "as-is" and "as-available," with no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or error-free.
We may update or modify these terms at any time. If we make any significant changes, we will notify you by posting the revised terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
You are not allowed to copy, or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You are not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also should not try to translate the app into other languages, or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trade marks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to zboot.
At some point, we may wish to update the app. The app is currently available on Android – the requirements for system(and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the app to) may change, and you will need to download the updates if you want to keep using the app. zboot does not promise that it will always update the app so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the Android version that you have installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept updates to the application when offered to you, We may also wish to stop providing the app, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the app, and (if needed) delete it from your device.

These ToS are governed by the laws of Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Netherlands.
